Yvonne Kokoh

My name is Yvonne Isioma Kokoh, an honest and caring oversea Registered Nurse with over 4 years of extensive working experience in delivering impeccable health care and service towards patients.

Through my career as a Registered Nurse, I have acquired several nursing skills and techniques that have contributed immensely to organisational growth and patient well-being. I have gained a solid foundation in providing holistic care and basic nursing skills such as vital signs monitoring, NGT and PEG feeding, colostomy and tracheostomy care, venipuncture, administration of prescribed medications, palliative care, physical and psychological support, prompt documentation of care and patient assessment amongst others, that focuses on all aspects of a person’s health while prioritizing patients needs and adhering to infection control policy as well as, maintaining a free hazard workplace.

I have practised in a variety of nursing environments including the emergency department, home health care, medical units, sickle cell unit and ICU, where I cared for patients of various age groups. Additionally, I possess excellent communication skills, which help me to effectively interact with patients, families, physicians and other health team members. These aforementioned acquired skills along with my kind, patient and compassionate self are what I offer as a Registered Nurse.
