Cleaners are the one who tidy your place of residence or your workstation-as instructed. They are responsible for all the basic cleaning and restocking requirements in and around the facility or office building. Their job role includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning smudges off windows and doors. They are also entitled to clean and sanitize the restrooms. We are looking for cleaners for cleaner jobs in UK and cleaner jobs in London.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Cleaning living or working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning supplies and toiletries need to be timely refilled, restocked and maintained
- Kitchen napkins, floor rags and dusters need to be watched regularly
- Throwing out garbage daily
- Perform maintenance tasks for clogged sinks and displaced toilet seats
- Do monthly disinfection and deep cleaning activities
- Practical knowledge of office supplies (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Be resourceful and proactive in the time of discrepancies
- Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and compliance with universal precautions
- Inform the management about any deficiency or any repairs required

Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate of Cleaning Operators Proficiency issued by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS)
- Industry-recognised certification for Cleaners issued by the British Cleaning Certification Award (BCCA)
- Knowledge of the English language would be desirable
- Experience in cleaning domestic or industrial buildings
- Experienced cleaners – minimum one year of experience in their area of expertise
- Knowledge about suitable cleaners for wood
