Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an admin executive who can perform all admin-related duties such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office-related admin activities
  • Office Administration, Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management, Travel Bookings, Stationery Management, Cafeteria Arrangement, Security Management, Cab Facility, Fire safety equipment maintenance and emergency exit, Event management, Facility Management, International visitor management.
  • Guide control of all the outsourced staff and review the current workflow and amp; processes and recommended solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources.
  • Handle reimbursement invoices and send them to HQ for disbursal.
  • Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security, other office maintenance, etc.
  • To coordinate and do arrangements for annual employee meetings, sports events, tours, travel plans, and other events in the factory.
  • She should have good communication and writing skills(in English). Should maintain all office books, do billing in Tally, GST Return filing, maintain office accounts, Maintain office Inventory, etc.
