Roles and Responsibilities
- Notifying concerned people about guests arriving to visit them
- Providing visitor passes to guests
- Keeping track of appointments made and coordinating accordingly
- Responding to phone calls and resolving any queries or issues
- Meet and greet the guests with a calm and positive approach
- Correctly guide the visitors to the appropriate office
- Forward the phone calls to respective executives
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain and refill inventory stock
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
- Schedule meetings and update calendars accordingly
- Make travel arrangements and accommodation arrangements
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times with all the necessary stationery materials, forms and brochures

Educational Qualifications
- General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) in Mathematics and English
- Additional certification in Office Management
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office executive or any similar role
- Basic computer skills and hands-on experience with office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintaining professional demeanour
