Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities –
Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and team level PI planning activities
Servant Leader building and cultivating high-performing teams by creating a safe environment of trust and transparency. Coach teams toward higher levels of maturity, predictability, and self organization.
Ensure healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well understood work.
Support & coach the team in cultivating a refined, ready backlog and writing clear, concise testable acceptance criteria.
Ensure teams are delivering work in alignment with sprint goals and release timelines.
Remove any impediments or roadblocks that may affect the team’s ability to deliver. Partner with leadership to resolve dependencies and constraints.
Leverage data to develop and report key metrics to inform decisions and improvements.
Advocate for continuous improvement, using metrics and data-driven insights
Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency , and continuous learning.
