Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
We are searching for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all aspects of the product, from research and development to design and manufacture, installation, and final commissioning. The purpose is to design and manufacture mechanical components that are innovative and of high quality.
Mechanical engineers are responsible for:
- Performing complete lifecycle product development.
- Creating systems and components that fulfil needs and specifications
- Methodically carrying out experiments, analysing data, and interpreting results
Role and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture, and implement a whole lifecycle product.
- Create systems and components that meet needs and specifications.
- Create outline designs
- Methodically carry out experiments, assess data, and interpret outcomes
- Theoretical designs must be tested and evaluated.
- Identify, develop, and implement effective solutions to emerging problems.
- Examine the overall performance, dependability, and safety of the final product.
- Change and adapt the design to fulfil needs and eliminate flaws.
- Budget and project scope should be estimated.
- Solicit feedback from operators.
- Produce product documentation and reports.
- Participate in lifelong learning and the development of new theories or approaches.
- Qualifications and abilities
- Mechanical engineering job experience is required.
- Product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) skills are required.
- Computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE) practical experience
- Working knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (such as AutoCAD, ProE, or others).
- Adequate familiarity with engineering analysis software (such as ANSYS, ProMechanica, or comparable).
- Knowledge of mathematical analysis and computational tools (Matlab, Excel, LabView, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of fundamental ideas, such as those related to mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc.
- Analytical and creative abilities
- Technical communication skills that are both clear and understandable
- Talents in technical writing
- Engineering BSc degree
