Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our adult care home and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in an adult care leadership role and strong knowledge of CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage rotas, budgets, and operational performance
  2. Lead and manage staff to deliver outstanding care.
  3. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding.
  4. Oversee care planning, medication, and risk assessments.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with families and professionals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as Registered/Deputy Manager in adult care.
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, MCA/DOLS.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
