Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our adult care home and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in an adult care leadership role and strong knowledge of CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rotas, budgets, and operational performance
- Lead and manage staff to deliver outstanding care.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Oversee care planning, medication, and risk assessments.
- Maintain strong relationships with families and professionals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as Registered/Deputy Manager in adult care.
- Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding, MCA/DOLS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
