Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing the kitchen for orders with cooking utensils equipment
Timely updating the menu and adding new dishes

Ordering raw materials for cooking, e.g., vegetables, spices and meat
Managing the budget given by the Manager

Educational Qualification
Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery, or
