We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering service.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.
- Knowledge of the latest food trends and cooking techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Create innovative menus, improve existing recipes, and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

- Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Manage food and labor costs, optimize inventory, and reduce waste to maintain profitability.
- Ensure exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high food standards and addressing customer feedback professionally.
- Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations (HACCP, local food laws) through routine inspections and staff training.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery/Culinary.
- UKVI-IELTS-level B1.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a chef in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
