Best in Jobs is currently seeking experienced and skilled chefs in Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine to join our team. We are a trusted provider of immigration consultancy services in the UK, and we offer a comprehensive range of services to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of food and kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and ensure that dishes are prepared to the required standard.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner, in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery/Culinary.
• UKVI-IELTS-level B1.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a chef in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Indochinese, South Indian, and Gujarati cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
